The AGM will start promptly at 14:00 (South African time)

Admission

Shareholders and others attending the AGM are asked to register with TMS by not later than 14:00 (South African time) on 4 May 2021. Shareholders and proxies are required to provide proof of identity to TMS prior to being granted access to the Platform by TMS

Electronic participation

Every shareholder may only participate in the meeting through electronic communication by making use of the Platform

Enquiries and questions

Shareholders who intend to ask questions related to the business of the AGM or on related matters are asked to furnish their name, address and question(s) to TMS, which will be available to provide any advice and assistance required
